Project details — project address, jurisdiction, building type, scope of work, and the compliance service requested
Project files — architectural plans, drawings, specifications and other documents you upload so that we can prepare your report
Correspondence — messages you send us by email, web form or WhatsApp

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Card details are entered directly with the payment processor and are never received or stored on our systems. We retain only the transaction reference, amount, date and status needed to fulfil your order and keep our accounts.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we collect limited technical information when you visit — IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed and time on site. We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for this.

This information is used to understand how the site is used and to improve it. Where we run advertising, it may also be used to measure whether an advertisement led to an enquiry or order.

We retain project records and reports for six years so that we can support permit queries, re-issue documentation and meet accounting requirements. You may request earlier deletion of your project files, subject to any legal retention obligation.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls limiting who can view project files. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights
